Unable to enable webhook with an unknown error

I received an error below when trying to enable webhook.

Any advices to revolve this error ?

  Is that URL accessible via the Internet?  I think it might be behind the firewall, which means Workspace will be unable to connect to it.

  Darren, thanks a lot for your comment. That's right. I did the same thing with the public URL and it was fine.
