Hi, one of the key productivity enhancements that would be useful is an integration with IBM Notes Calendar.
It is a typical issue that all geographically distributed teams face is calling for a discussion involving multiple team members. The organiser has to check the calendar in Notes to schedule... some members do not update their availability or enable publishing of their availability schedules.
Hence, it is difficult for organisers to call for a short impromptu discussion.
Would be helpful if Workspace provides an instant “meet up” functionality which checks the availability against participant calendars and directly calls up a “Webex Teams” like feature to initiate an instant audio/video call.
