People who has "IBM ID" cannot login.

    Make sure the IBM Id he is using is the same as his IBM email address.

    To be more explicit: The IBM ID must be an email address format.

    As of now, the IBM ID cannot be changed to become an email address in case it is not in the correct format. 

    So in the moment it is required to create a new IBM ID using the email address. The other (old) id is not affected.

    Resetting the password resolved a similar problem for me. I have two IBMids, and one is set up with my email address as the format.  Once I reset the password for that IBMid (I think the link is Forgot Password), I could log in to Watson Workspace without error.

    I also have 2 IBM IDs. Originally I had one, with a login name linked to my main intranet ID. Then I had a problem like this one, so I had the id linked to my alternate email address (as displayed in your Notes Person document). That allowed me to have a second IBM ID using my intranet ID as the login name.

    You should always use your corporate email address as your IBM id.

    @Marlon fair point, but many people have IDs created many years ago when you chose your own ID.

    Yes and it is a known issue. The IBM id team is working on getting it all straightened out.
