If you invite a big group of people to Watson Workspace it's currently difficult and cumbersome to follow up on those invitations. Who got it? Who actually signed up? Who did not? How to send a reminder? Requesting a notification of who hasn't signed up by a certain date? All of these things need to improve.
Having seen the negative impact on IBM Connections of us botching the invitation management there makes me afraid that we're doing it all over again with Watson Workspace.
