we want to implement google smart reply for email , same as google AI - https://www.blog.google/products/gmail/save-time-with-smart-reply-in-gmail/
So system will analyse two dataset - one for email with question and second with response.
We was thinking to use knowledge studio to categorize emails , but main problem is to connect that recognized entities to historical dataset with replies used in past.
Please suggest solution to use Watson API ?
