    Hi Vladimir,

    Not sure I follow your use case.  Perhaps you can provide additional information.  I am assuming these are Watson Workspace users?  What type of notification are you thinking of here.  Perhaps an example will help.

    The users are any users contacted our Assistant chat in past. We store their address in our Database. Now I want to raise notification for that user - for example please change password and user will run Assistant chat flow from notification. Hope it is clear.
