So I am testing the app doing a text reports on a click of a button, on action fulfillment, in the TargetedMessage area. It can get quite long, up to 3000 characters and a lot of them are new lines.
During the testing we saw that the long reports are being displayed fully in watson workspace in firefox and in Watson Workspace desktop app, but the mobile version on android for unknown reason truncates it at some point seemingly cutting off the rest of the text at some character limit point.
First we thought we found out another weird character targeted message cannot display, but it looks more like it is not, because we decided to test it and add text to the start of the report.
The result was - the place it truncated happened at earlier point, which seemingly matched the amount of characters we added to the start of the text report.
What we would like to know is - why is that limit there, on android mobile phone app ?
What is the exact limit, is it amount of lines or characters ? Can we get rid of it somehow ?
Is it because of the maximum size of the scroll bar on the right that you think you should really allow ?
