    So you want to attach the summarized conversation to a Salesforce record?  Can you describe the user scenario you are imagining?  This does align with some of our work around industry solutions so I would love to learn more.

    I work with the team called, global onboarding. We get assigned clients based on the country location. We onboard our clients only for initial 90 days in which I would like to create the space per client and give them an option to collobarate with me as a group for any questions related to IBM Cloud during the onboarding cycle. We capture each and every conversations happened with a client and upload it to salesforce note that includes multiple emails and summary of our call. If watson workspace is one stop for all and can summarised the conversation at the time of graduating the account (90 days) can help the next person who is going to be in charged to the account and continue the support.  What was discussed, issues that was discussed, action items etc.. that summary can contains... This is a very useful tool and I'm really glad that I found it.
