Hi, In my Watson Workspace application, I set up the "Make it Cognitive" section with information about my Watson Assistant (Conversation) instance. Then I created a WebHook for the "message-annotation-added" and "message-annotation-edited" events.
The application previously added to Watson Workspace receives all nlp annotations but never receives annotations from Watson Assistant.
Is it possible to use Watson Assistant, to create Focus Messages based on dialogues ?
As per documentation:
Make it Cognitive
Connect a Watson Assistant instance to your application to analyze messages in any space that your application has been added to. This will automatically send the messages to your Watson Assistant instance and persist the results back into the space as an annotation.
