We are a IBM Business Partner and tried IBM Watson Workspace for quite some time. Some months ago we got the Essentials subscription. Some time ago, I added more users. Some didn't react on the invitation emails. Thus I removed all pending users last Friday and readded them after some minutes.
The problem: Our CEO didn't get the invitation email. Not the first time, not the second time.
I even checked the email gateways: There is definitely no email coming in (checked outside, before spam checking).
She got the invitation as preview user in 2017 (found this in her mail database).
She can log in into Watson Workspace.
In the administrative user view, she is marked as Pending.
I assume, she still has limited account, not Essentials account.
What can I do? What else can I check? Who can I contact with this problem?
