Workspace administrators currently have the ability to limit the apps users may add to their spaces. So, for instance, if I don't want my people to be able to use the IFTTT app, I can make it not available to them.
What I'd like to see is an additional option that makes an app required. An example: I'm building an app that makes sure people who have left the company are no longer members of any of the organization's Spaces. Rather than expect everyone to know that John Doe has left and to search all their spaces looking for John's name, this app will look at the list of ex-employees, look at the members of the group, and remove any of the former that are still members of the latter.
But for that to work effectively, such an app would have to be in every Space. Hence the ability for an administrator to Require an app, which would make it be automatically added to all new Spaces and to existing Spaces that don't already have it.
