If you are running a local antivirus or network security bundle solution it could block Watson Workspace video capabilities. To remedy this - here's what you do:
- In most cases, the first time you start a meeting you will be prompted to allow or block the application from accessing the network, make sure to choose "Allow the application to access the network". Without acknowledging the prompt - the video and audio capabilities may be blocked.
- If the video capability is still blocked or you don't receive the prompt, navigate to network security settings to the list of allowed/blocked applications and ensure that Watson Workspace is set to Allow.
Additionally, ensure the path to the meeting exe is allowed in the firewall.
