Notification Issue on Android

    Thanks for your feedback.  So your colleague would only receive an email when you first added or invited him to the space (assuming you added him).  He won't receive an email for every new message you post.  However, if he has notifications enabled on the device and not muted in the app, he should receive a push notification on his client.  Is that what he's not seeing?

    No, I am not talking about email notification. 

    I am talking about push notifications on the android device. All notifications from the app have been enabled. I have checked that.

    Ok, thanks Peter - it appears there is a problem right now with notifications on mobile, the dev team is investigating.

    Hi Mohammed - 

    Can you confirm that you have sounds turned on in your settings (tap the hamburger icon/settings/sounds)?

    We have the exact same issue, I have enabled sound and notifications for the app, the problem appears to be with push notifications only, we try it with iOS app and Android app :(

    I am using Android version 2.0.1 and I noticed that I need to OPEN the APP to start receive notifications, if the app is closed (eg.: right after the mobile phone restart). All notification configurations are correct. I don't have problems with the iOS version.
