Yes, we've definitely heard the request for a screen shot capability directly in the app - but in the meantime usually there are ways you can take a screen capture using OS shortcuts so you don't have to save and upload.

To be more explicit: Try screen shot and "paste" into the message field. On mobile, a screen shot becomes a photo. Depending on OS its helpful to have a tool that allows "partial" screen shots (CMD-CTRL-SHIFT-4 on Mac)

I was able to use OS clipboard paste from Windows (on Firefox 51), but unable to do so on Mac (Firefox ESR 45 or Safari), and a colleague was unable to do so on Linux (Firefox ESR 45). On those other platforms, the image is in the clipboard, but it simply will not paste to the Workspace entry box. With keyboard shortcuts or with right-click > Paste.

@Doug - this is a browser limitation of Firefox and was fixed in FF50 and higher

Robert, good to know. What about Mac Safari? Haven't tried Chrome yet.

FWIW, it does work in Chrome 55.

Works in Chrome too. Don't know if Safari supports this capability on the clipboard.
