What version of Firefox are you using?  I'm not seeing the same thing but we might be on different versions.

William, can you try clearing your cache and letting us know if the problem persists? Thanks!

    Firefox is ESR 45.4.0 IBM CCK-2.25 /CCK2
cleared all cookies, restarted browser, this time I get prompted to login, and I login but still only sit at blank screen after restarting.

I'm trying to get a Fiddler, but having issues with fiddler and HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) failing, tried a few things to allow fiddler to decrypt the HTTPS traffic, but can't seem to get past that.

Nice! Still sounds like something strange going on there we need to dig into.

Lisa Michaels noted the same issue, The one detail she noticed is that if you attempt to login, but use the wrong password, it seems you get locked out from that browser type.

I recall that I also accidentally used the wrong password, then I couldn't login in firefox until a day later, even when I removed my cookies.

I'd suggest to try mistyping the password then try the correct password to see if anyone can reproduce this issue.

Ok that's good info. I'll pass that along.

I entered the incorrect password too many times and ended up getting locked out. I had the change my password, and was able to successfully log in, but once successfully logged in, I didn't see any of my chat sessions, only a blank white screen. I was using Google Chrome as my browser.

I had to delete my cookie for the workspace.ibm.com , and then i was able to log in.

The next day, my IBM id password expired, (which I don't understand, because I just changed it the day before). I was not able to log into workspace.  I changed my password, and was able to log in, and again, saw the white screen, none of my group chats (rooms) were available. I tried to delete the cookie, like I did the day before, but I was still not able to log into workspace.  I ended up switching browsers from Chrome to Firefox in order to successfully use WorkSpace.

The next day, which is today, I am able to log into WorkSpace using Chrome.

I just see a blank white screen when I try to go to https://workspace.ibm.com/ by clicking on 'Try Watson Workplace' on https://w3.workspace.ibm.com/index.html

I am using IE11. Even this support page appears to be malformed with page parts overlaying other parts. I do not have any other problems with websites and this is the first time I have tried to visit this workspaces site.

Unfortunately we don't support IE11.   Our app is optimized for Chrome and Firefox.

Therein lies the problem. IBM is a gold partner for Microsoft and generates a huge revenue from Microsoft technologies. I am a Microsoft technology specialist/evangelist and exclusively use IE11, except for the odd sloppily badly developed internal site where they haven't bothered to include IE.

I had a look at workspace in FF and to be honest I am not sure what I would use it for, it lacks any features except chat.

What capabilities do you need for you internal/external collaboration (aside from IE support)?

To be honest, I was looking to see what this yet another similar solution from IBM was all about. At the moment I cannot see any use for it except persistent chat as was provided by Sametime meeting rooms.

We'll just go on using the other solutions we've got instead.

@Doug have you tried the desktop app for Windows.Offers sighlty more functionality than browsers (EG: native notifications and get you out of browser tab mode? https://help.workspace.ibm.com/hc/en-us#download-apps)

No I've not looked at this, but if I am going to use this I need it to be native in a browser so that people I invite to the sessions don't have any obstacles to using it.

    Thanks anyway
