You should be able to copy and paste text from another client into Workspace using FF.   I just attempted and had no problem.  Can you provide more detailed steps you took and your version of FF?  Feel free to report the details as an issue:  https://help.workspace.ibm.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

I'm having the same problem in Firefox, but paste works in Chrome.

Brandon - are you pasting images or text?  FF doesn't support pasting images at all,  but apparently will soon.  But text should work ok.

Ami -- I tried pasting both text and images. Neither is working in Firefox ESR 45.4 for me. Both of those work in Chrome, though.

Ok thanks. We'll look into that.

I'm having the same problem in Firefox. Tried to copy and paste a URL. Paste would not work. I'm using a MAC, Firefox ESR 45.4.0, IBMCCK 2.3.0 (CCK2).

Thanks Bill.  We are actively exploring this.  I'm curious - have you tried updating to V49 - if so, are you experiencing the same thing?

[image on clipboard] paste works in Firefox on linux now for me - very nice. Finally it has become a tool where conversations can be had where we can paste screen shots quickly

Need to use FF 50 or higher for paste image to work. FF limitation.

    Thank you Robert.

I upgraded to FF52 and Paste is working now.

    I recently upgraded to FF 52.1.0 (32-bit)
and still experience an issue to copy and paste an image which I did a screencapture with Sametime Screencapture tool.

As you see, I have just a broken image (in red rectangle) when I post the screenshot in to the Firefox.

Then I repasted the same screenshot in Chrome and the image appears

Was this in a space or a direct message? We had some issues in DM earlier today. I just tried with FF 52.1.1 and it worked ok

This was with a workspace. I did not try with Direct Message.
