We are posting new features when they are available here.  https://help.workspace.ibm.com/hc/en-us/articles/230056668-News-Updates-  Is that what you meant by "updated"?

Can you describe what you envision with "collapse"?

A view or views to help clean up the growing string of past conversations helps the eye and the user to quickly choose a person either by alpha (folders of discussions by last name) or by date weekly, monthly, topically.  We categorize mail this way, why not these discussion strings?  The use of moments in the spaces moves toward the way we think and organize data in our minds, so why not these seemingly unrelated individual conversations.

My memory works on visual, auditory, or other sensory queues, and logic queues to assemble what I "know" and remember.   I envision organizing these individual conversations by moments, by dates, by some logical method that allows users to say, "I was talking to someone(s) about something sometime(s). Where is that in the Watson memory?" with the result that a now visual clutter of data and bubbles becomes a random access memory much like our own minds, just a tad more reliable. :-)

Apart from deleting messages from Direct Messages, this should be available for Spaces conversations.

Going further, and thinking of an "Enterprise use", an administrator or a space creator should be able to configure who can delete messages from a space, even if they are not your own. This is something I have identified as a requirement from a customer that is actually in the EPP.

    Thanks!

Yes,  (edit and) delete is something we are actively working on.

Delete is what I want when I accidentally post to the wrong space.

(Don't know if there are also any other ideas or features planned to address the initial problem, as well. To help me post to the space I intended to. Like color coded spaces, maybe...)

Yes delete is in progress.  Haven't really considered other options yet.

When will the delete "in progress" be deployed?

    Hi Ami

    Any news?

we have a request from a production customer to delete conversations.

it is a very important feature for security.. when we will be able to delete entire conversation and entire log file?

    HI Matan -

We are days away from having the ability to delete messages from a conversation - you'll be able to delete your own messages one by one.  To delete an entire conversation - the best way to do that is to delete the space, but that doesn't delete the entire log file.

    hi Ami

what do you mean by "You can now delete messages you have posted on our web/desktop apps!"?

im not sure we are talking about the same thing. im talking about deleted messages or entire conversation from the watson-conversation service. regardless to any web\desktop app.

i tried to do it by going to the "improve" tab on watson conversation and then clicking on the "user conversation". there i tried to find any option to delete conversations\messages but i couldnt find anything..

Right, I'm referring to the ability to delete messages in Watson Workspace (workspace.ibm.com).  This forum is dedicated to support of just the Watson Workspace application - the screen you are showing above is Watson Conversations, I presume.  Sorry for the confusion.
