As you work and interact with others, Watson is learning what matters to you - focusing on spaces you've marked as important or spend a lot of time in, people you tend to interact with the most, topics you engage on more often. It's developing, without you doing anything other than your everyday work, your personalized model, by learning what matters to you.
Once a conversation is prioritized for you, based on our personal algorithm, the space will be highlighted in the space list with a purple outline.
Once you go to the space, in the right sidebar, we'll show you the exact moments of conversation that were prioritized for you and deserve your attention. We even personalize the title of the moment and messages we show just for you, based on what we know is important to you. In case your sidebar is closed, you'll see a purple dot on the resources view as an additional nudge to check out your prioritized moments.
The prioritized messages are also highlighted in the conversation, in case you prefer to scan the conversation to catch up.
Watson is always learning from what you are doing. You can also help train Watson to improve your personal model. The more you interact with Watson the more accurate your personal model becomes. Under each prioritized moment in the sidebar you'll notice a question - Was this important to you? Yes or No. If you select no, we'll collapse that moment in the sidebar to minimize it in your view.
