IBM Watson Workspace helps you message your teams and coworkers from anywhere. Watson Workspace is invitation only, but if you're having trouble signing in or know you've been invited, and can't access Watson Workspace, here are some things to try.
- Make sure the email address associated with your IBMid matches the email address you were invited with. To verify you're using the correct credentials, you can try signing into MyIBM.
- Make sure that your IBMid is in the format of an email address.
Tip: If you forgot your IBMid or password, reset it or call the Worldwide IBM registration help desk to retrieve your IBMid.
If you created your IBMid before 2011, you may still have an IBMid that doesn't use an email address. You'll need to update it by creating a new IBMid or by calling the Worldwide IBM registration help desk.
After you've checked those issues, try signing in again.
