Like you, Watson Workspace aims to be the very best at what it does and ultimately be a tool you can't work without. To get there, we need your feedback and ideas – it's how we understand what's most important to you. There are several ways you can provide us feedback.
Submit an idea, ask a question in the forums
We know you have lots of great ideas and we love to hear them! Go to our Ideas forum to suggest a new feature or read, comment, and vote on the ideas other users have added. You can also follow this forum to keep up with what we are working on now.
If you want to ask a question, find an answer, or something's not working quite right, post to our General discussion forum.
App Developers, there's a forum just for you too! Join other developers who are building apps using Watson Work Services.
Use the contact form
Send us an email with the contact form. Provide your email address, a subject and a description of what you are experiencing. You can even attach a file.
You can find the contact form in Watson Workspace in the User Settings panel. Here in the Help Center, click your name to open the User Menu. Then, click Contact us.
Participate in design research
