Most of the information that is displayed about you in Watson Workspace is managed in your My IBMid profile.
Change your profile information
In your IBM profile, you can change your name, password, change your email, reset your profile, and add information about yourself.
Tip: Is your name displaying incorrectly in Watson Workspace? Change the name that accompanies your messages in Watson Workspace directly in your IBMid profile (https://ibm.com/myibm). All changes to your IBMid profile may take up to 24 hours to update in Watson Workspace.
Change your password
If you've forgotten your password, it's easy to reset it.
- Go to IBMid Registration - Forgot your password?
- Enter the email address associated with your IBMid.
- Click Continue.
- Check your email inbox for a message from IBM Account (email@example.com).
- Verify your email address by clicking Verify and Continue.
Updating your IBMid
If you need to update or change your IBMid user name for any reason call the Worldwide IBM registration help desk.
Troubleshooting: Make sure that your IBMid is in the format of an email address. If you created your IBMid prior to 2011 you may still have a non-email address IBMid and you'll need to update it by calling the Worldwide IBM registration help desk.
