Who can access this feature?
Only team administrators can access the Watson Workspace admin portal.
As a team admin for Watson Workspace, you will have to manage your team in our admin portal from time to time. Here's how to access the admin portal.
- In any of our apps, go to user settings and click Admin portal.
- Go directly to the admin portal via URL at https://admin.workspace.ibm.com
If you do not see a link to the admin portal in your user settings or do see an error when you try to access the admin portal it could be because you are not a team admin. If you do not believe this to be correct, please contact us.
Note: Only individuals that purchased a Watson Workspace Essentials or Plus subscription or have been added as a team administrator for an existing Watson Workspace Essentials or Plus subscription will have access to the Admin Portal. There are no administrators for Preview subscriptions.
